About Us
Mike Hoffman began his mentoring career at Towle Commercial Real Estate, managing their sales team. In the early 90s, he joined his wife in residential real estate to form the Hoffman Team, where he quickly ranked among the top 1% of agents at Coldwell Banker Burnet. Even as an active agent, Mike mentored young agents and taught courses on real estate business development. His teaching skills led to a management role at CBB’s 50th and France office and adjunct faculty position at the University of St. Thomas’s OPUS College of Business, focusing on strategic planning.
Today, Mike’s extensive practical experience and applied knowledge have come together in FlightPlan. This is a one-on-one sales and business strategies program that helps individuals and companies learn and implement proven, strategically sound techniques to grow their careers and organizations.
